Your work stays yours.
Gratisfy stores private source material, immutable revisions, and narrowly scoped consent records without claiming ownership of your characters or lorebooks.
What you confirm
Before an import or release, you must confirm that you own the text and assets or have permission to distribute them. Keep attribution, licenses, and reuse restrictions accurate for every revision.
What Gratisfy records
Each release creates an immutable revision, a rights declaration, and a separate consent receipt for every selected destination. Imports remain private and never opt a card into the public archive.
Portable export mode
Chub and Saucepan file exports are download-only. Gratisfy prepares reviewable bundles and does not sign in to, submit to, or change either third-party account in this mode. An authorized private Saucepan pilot is available separately through Connections and requires explicit review and consent.
Connected Chub API mode
When a controlled Chub write rollout is explicitly enabled for your verified connection, Gratisfy can queue an official-API character or lorebook create/update, or a character–lorebook link/unlink, only after an exact revision/projection/target review and fresh rights confirmation. That action can change your Chub account. Public actions require a second confirmation. Gratisfy never remotely deletes a Chub resource, never treats an uncertain dispatch as safe to retry, and uses reconciliation only for read-only verification.
Removing archive access
Public and unlisted archive access is controlled separately from external exports. Returning a card to private removes anonymous access to its published revision; revoked or expired unlisted links return not found.
